1:1 HALF & FULL DAY MUA TRAINING
An up close and personal experience, where you come to my studio for a personalised training session.
Across 3-6 hours you will learn an immeasurable amount of knowledge, which has taken me 6 years working in the industry to gather. By end of day, you can expect to feel confident recreating two of my most sought after looks.
COURSE TIMELINE
The training runs from 10am – 4pm (Full Day) or 10-1pm (Half day). Trainings cannot be booked on Saturdays.
We will both work on a model. You can either bring your own, or one can be arranged for you at an extra fee of $150 (this is paid directly to the model).
*Note* The model cannot be another MUA or MUA in training.
I will first demonstrate each step of the makeup on one side of the face, then you recreate it on the other side. You will be provided an A3 printed Face Chart to work on also. This can help you record each product we use at each step, plus the product placement.
At the end of the day, you will not only gain valuable skills but also receive a framed Certificate of Completion. This certificate is not just a piece of paper, but a symbol of your dedication and achievement in the field of makeup artistry, ready to be proudly displayed in your studio space!
WE WILL COVER:
- HALF Day: One full face look. FULL Day: Two Full face looks. You will choose the looks you want to learn!
- My ‘celebrity skin’ routine, to have clients camera ready from all angles.
- Run through of my staple MUA products which create my looks.
- Content creation: Essentials for lighting, photography, and social media content.
- Open discussion where you can ask questions about makeup, business, or social media growth.

SKIN CONSULTATION: SKIN PREP FOR DRY TO OILY SKIN TYPES
FULL FOUNDATION ROUTINE: INCLUDING TIPS FOR LONGEVITY.
FULL BASE ROUTINE: BLUSH, BRONZER, AND HIGHLIGHTING. THIS INCLUDES CREAM AND POWDER PRODUCTS.
OVER-PAINTING TECHNIQUES TO SNATCH THE FACE IN PHOTOGRAPHY, INCLUDING BRIDAL GLAMS
TECHNIQUES FOR EYESHADOW PRECISION; LINER, SHADOW AND CUT CREASES (WHERE DESIRED)
TROUBLESHOOTING: WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG, HOW DO I FIX IT?
HOW TO MAP, CUT AND PLACE FALSE EYELASHES, INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL EYELASHES
MASTERING THE LIPS; LINER, SHADOW GRADIENT AND APPLICATION OF LONGWEARING LIPS.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

All makeup products and tools WILL be provided by Leyla on the day. There is no need to bring your kit at all. However, if you wanted to bring your brushes to learn with you are welcome to BUT this is not complusory. Remember you will be working on a Face Chart the entire procress, recording each step: including the products and tools so you won’t forget later!

This is going to be a long and intensive day, so you need fuel! You are welcome to come in with coffee, water, snacks etc. as we will have a break between looks.

In order for you to maximise this experience, I recommending spending a few hours the night before writing down questions you may have. This will ensure you maximise on this private appointment with Leyla.
